The Discord server has two categories, "Text Channel" and "Voice Channel".You can change this name or create a new category.
It is useful when the number of text channels has increased and it is difficult to find, or when you want to change it to the name of the server.However, only those who have authority on the server can create or change categories.
Create a category
The category is created from the server menu.After creating the category, create channels (text channel, voice channel again), such as "general" and "music you listen to" as shown in the image below.It is an image that has a channel such as "General" in the "category" called "text channel".
Edit the category
The category can be edited after creation.You can also change the name of the "text channel" and "voice channel" that is prepared from the beginning, such as changing names, limiting the category public range, and deleting the category.
