From mask -related equipment to life accessories, the evolution of 3D printers that can quickly make ideas will not stop!
The 3D printer "CAMBRIAN", a FDM method that develops projects in Machi-YA, is unique in that it also supports modeling using a thermoplastic rubber (TPR) filament. You can print the shoes you can actually wear!
If you could use rubber materials that are as hard as car tires and are elastic, you would be perfect for flexible practical and medical models ...I was.
I tried a 3D printer with a low hurdle and a wide range of things that I could make, and there were various discoveries, so I will introduce them all together!
Assembly is simple and not lost
If you open it right away, from the beginning, print head for TPR filament (2).The parts fit to some extent, such as installing 85mm diameter filament). All necessary tools, such as hexagon wrenches and wrenches, are included, so you can start assembling immediately.
The screws are completed in just 4 steps! The cable insert is also very simple with four types.
The body was compact and light, so it was smooth to work in a position that was easy to rotate and assemble.
Gentle operability touch panel is compatible with Japanese
Adjustment before the print is OK if you follow the manual.Fine adjustments such as correcting the wobble of each part and tightening the belt.
There is a timing when the print head is easier to work, but the LCD touch panel that is responsible for the operation is also compatible with Japanese.Tabs are prepared for each item, and you will immediately reach the operation you want to do.
After fine -tuning, it is an important task that affects the format of a model called “leveling”.
Press the "Leveling" button with the touch panel to automatically descend to the four corners of the bed, so you can adjust the distance between the nozzle and the heat bed when the paper is sandwiched. If you can adjust it with 5 points and adjust it with 5 points, it is finally printed!
I printed a mask clumping clip!
For those who are wearing glasses, I decided to print a masked clip on the mask.
The slicer software that converts data to 3D printers uses "Ultimaker Cura", which is also posted in the manual. After adding the printer and the material according to the procedure, I downloaded and sliced the data (vshamgin's work) published on the model shared site THINGIVERSE.
Use the attached SD card to move the data from a personal computer to the 3D printer.Since the data can be confirmed on "Cambrian Pro", click the "Print" button. The touch panel displays the planned print time and progress, and then just drink coffee and wait for completion.
Quietness that does not become a life of life
I just saw the laminated models on the bed, but at this time I noticed that the sounding sound was very quiet. There is no machine sound that tends to be imagined with a 3D printer, so it seems that you can leave it without worrying about a long print.
In about 40 minutes, the stop clip is completed without software that does not hurt even if you hit your nose! The thin structure can be firmly shaped.
I tried various other prints!
Next, I decided to print a nude statue from the sample data in the SD card. The print took about 12 hours, but the modeling was finished smoothly! In this case, you can easily make precise figures and medical models.
Finally, I also deded the sandals (public domain) from the model sharing site, Thingiverse. You can also make sandals that you can actually wear, but this time you print a reduced thing with slicer software.
The finished product is so flexible that it can be bent, and you can see that shoes are fully demonstrated the merit of rubber material.
After using it, push out the remaining filament of the nozzle with the included through doll.By doing this, the nozzle is prevented, and the next print goes smoothly. It's a bit scary to pass a sharp needle to the device at first, but the project organizer Hope Trading LLC has prepared a explanatory video, so if you look there, you'll get the tips!
"CAMBRIAN MAX" that can be shaped up to 38cm!
The "CAMBRIAN PRO" modeled size I borrowed this time is 23 vertical..5 x horizontal 23.If you want to print a larger thing up to 5 x height 25cm, there is also a large type "CAMBRIAN MAX" (molding size: up to 33 x 32 x 38cm in height).。
1 for the set.A 75mm diameter filament print head is also included, so general filament (PLA, ABS, TPE, TPU) other than TPR is also available.
By using two types of print heads, you can roughly make the things you want to make. With "CAMBRIAN", the range of practical and mock -up productions expanded, and I felt that manufacturing from individuals to manufacturers would be updated!
The 3D printer "Cambrian Pro", a FDM method that also supports rubber material, is currently developing a project on Machi-YA.At the time of writing, it was possible to order from the price of 71,400 yen for general release, [20 people only early discount] 53,550 yen (including consumption tax and shipping)!
"CAMBRIAN MAX" can be ordered from 69,330 yen (including consumption tax and shipping). The contents of the set include the TPR filament, but it is also possible to order additionally. You can check the following website for further attractiveness and specifications of the product.
